1) 100 % No JOB Security.
2) This company is preferably for BSC, BA, Diploma graduates not really meant for BE, MTECH... OR REC, IIT’s.....etc .No 1 LOW STANDARD company at INDIA.
3) No trainings. All projects are doing by BSC students. Cheap quality compare to other company products. WIPRO HAS 100% BAD QUALITY compare to other IT companies. No doubt.
3) Extremely bossism, Project manager/Delivery managers are junk guys. They do EXCELsheet work. Their caliber is even very low and inefficient when compare to an internet cafe guy. They don’t even know how to split up the work among team members.
4) Lowest PAY compare to other small companies.
5) Team members does not give Knowledge transfer to co employees. Its totally COMPANY failure.
6) TAMIL/BENGALI domination. From fresher to supervisor they give lift to TAMILIANS/BENGALI people. It is extremely tough to work with TAMIL cunning people at work environments.
7) Wipros internal financial departments like WIVIDUS does not work properly. Once you take the money from them and pay them back. After some days they will come and say still you have to pay amount back. They don’t work properly.
Only once management comes and take them seriously, Then only they can compete with other IT companies in market. Its good to take online surveys and analyze its failures.
